THE TEAM

Anne Lemarchand
/ PARTNER
Since 2006, Anne Lemarchand has practised exclusively in employment law, advising and representing clients in both contentious and advisory matters.
Following Franco-German university studies and the early years of her career in a solo practice, her client base became increasingly international, notably during her first experience at Lmt Avocats. She subsequently developed the employment law team at 140VH Avocats from 2010 to 2024, before joining Lmt Avocats as its 15th partner in October 2024. She founded ALR Avocats in July 2026.
She advises and represents employers of varying sizes and across a broad range of industries in both individual and collective employment matters. Her practice focuses particularly on the digital sector, where she has developed specific expertise in the Engineering and Technical Consultancy sector (formerly SYNTEC) and established partnerships with key industry stakeholders, including through hotlines, employment law briefings, webinars and publications

EXPERTISE
Employment Law at the Service of Your Business Decisions
Running a business means making decisions every day that have social, human and legal implications. From managing teams to implementing organisational changes, ALR Avocats supports employers in both their strategic decisions and day-to-day employment matters.
Employment Law Advisory
We support business leaders, HR directors and managers in their day-to-day decision-making, helping them secure their practices and anticipate potential risks.
Our objective: to provide legally sound solutions that are, above all, pragmatic and tailored to the specific realities of each business.
Collective Employment Relations and Social Dialogue
We support companies in their relations with employee representatives, including elected representatives and trade unions.
Employment and Social Security Litigation
When individual negotiations fail, we represent our clients before the competent courts, both in employment law (Employment Tribunal and Court of Appeal) and in Social Security law (Judicial Court and Court of Appeal). Our litigation experience also enables us to anticipate and assess risks at an early stage, and to develop strategies tailored to each case.
With extensive experience handling cross-border matters and full professional proficiency in English and German, we support international groups in their development in France, as well as French companies facing international employment law issues.
Training and Employment Compliance
Training teams and anticipating regulatory developments are often the best ways to prevent risks.
As an accredited training provider, we regularly host webinars open to all, covering a range of current employment law topics and issues frequently encountered by our clients, including annualised working days, variable compensation, employees’ privacy, and “trap” clauses in employment contracts.
